We offer FREE UK Mainland Delivery for all orders.

Delivery Timescales

 

All orders are dispatched on an express UK delivery service which is fully tracked with a range of express UK couriers. We currently use a mixture of DPD, Evri & Royal Mail. All orders are dispatched as quickly as possible and we work to dispatch orders within 1 - 2 working days, meaning you should receive delivery 3-4 working days after placing your order.

Delivery is FREE.

We are NOT able to deliver to UK Offshore addresses, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, BPFO or PO Boxes.

There is no minimum order value to purchase with us.

Returns Information

​

Our returns process is simple, if it doesn’t fit or isn't right - you can return your item/s to us for a full refund.

​

Drop us an email (hello@sparkleandpearl.co.uk) within 14 days of receipt and let us know you are sending it back to us and we will give you the return address. 

​

Pack your item up well and put your name and address in the parcel so we know it's your order when we receive it back.

​

Then post or courier the goods back to us. We recommend you use a tracked delivery service for your peace of mind.

​

All we ask is that you package the goods well and return them to us in brand-new, resalable condition.

​

Your refund will be processed as soon as we have received the goods back and checked them. Simple!

Please note your refund will be processed no later than 7 days after receipt of the item/s.

Items Received Damaged

In the unlikely event you receive your items from us with courier or packaging damage, please let us know straight away by emailing hello@sparkleandpearl.co.uk and send us some photos of the issue. We can then contact you and arrange to resolve the issue with you. 

​

We aim to resolve to your satisfaction, and will discuss with you if it is appropriate to replace, partially refund or fully refund depending on the issues raised.
