Returns Information

Our returns process is simple, if it doesn’t fit or isn't right - you can return your item/s to us for a full refund.

Drop us an email (hello@sparkleandpearl.co.uk) within 14 days of receipt and let us know you are sending it back to us and we will give you the return address.

Pack your item up well and put your name and address in the parcel so we know it's your order when we receive it back.

Then post or courier the goods back to us. We recommend you use a tracked delivery service for your peace of mind.

All we ask is that you package the goods well and return them to us in brand-new, resalable condition.

Your refund will be processed as soon as we have received the goods back and checked them. Simple!

Please note your refund will be processed no later than 7 days after receipt of the item/s.

If there is a problem with your order

If you receive your order and there is a problem with it - i.e. courier damage, please notify us of the problem straight away by emailing hello@sparkleandpearl.co.uk and send over some photos showing the issue.

We aim to resolve to your satisfaction, and will discuss with you if it is appropriate to replace, partially refund or fully refund depending on the issues raised.

Full Refund Policy

The Customer has the right to cancel this contract within 14 days, without giving any reasons. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of delivery of the order.

To exercise this right the Customer must inform the Company of the decision to cancel this contract by a email sent to hello@sparkleandpearl.co.uk. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send communication concerning the exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Following receipt of such notice the Company will contact the Customer to arrange for the return of the goods.

If the Customer cancels the contact, the Company will reimburse to the Customer all payments received, including the costs of delivery, with the following exceptions:

(a) the Customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods to our warehouse address. Details of the address for return will be provided when the Customer contacts the Company's customer service team to request cancellation. The goods must be returned within 14 days of the Customer's cancellation of the contract.

(b) the Company may make a deduction in the reimbursement of costs to offset any loss in value of any goods supplied if that loss is the result of unnecessary handling by the customer. This is defined as handling beyond what would be considered reasonable in a shop to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The Customer is responsible for packaging the goods for return in a manner suitable for courier transport and as such we strongly recommend you retain the original packaging for the duration of the cancellation period to avoid sourcing replacement packaging. Failure to correctly package the goods for return will also result in deductions being made to reimbursements if the goods have lost value in the Customer's care.

(c) where the Customer has specified an upgraded delivery service from the Company to the Customer the Company will only reimburse to the Customer the cost of the Company's cheapest relevant standard delivery service.

(d) the goods are returned following despatch but prior to delivery due to failure of the Customer to accept the delivery. As an order cannot be cancelled once it has been passed to our delivery agent, charges incurred by the Company will be deducted from any reimbursement. These fees are likely to be between £10 - £15 dependant on the product/ or combination of products despatched.

The Customer must return the goods within 14 days of providing notice of cancellation.

The Company will make the reimbursement within 7 days of receipt of the goods using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless the customer and company have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event the Customer will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
